T. Mills Construction Estimating Service provides Material Takeoffs from your Plans (structurally wood-framed residential and light commercial blueprints) in a timely, economic, and easy to use format.

You may send full size blueprints to us at the above address using your choice of carrier, or your plans may be sent to us on disc or e-mailed.

Once we have received your Plans and Order Form, the Material Takeoff is completed and returned to you, usually by fax or e-mail.

You will receive two reports: one is a consolidated material list that helps make it easier and faster for supplier pricing; the other report identifies what portion of the structure corresponds with the material list to assist you in planning, plan changes, and in scheduling your material deliveries.
